Why does Julius Caesar (in the Sims 2) visit you as a ghost?

I was playing the Sims 2, and my character had gone to work. I know you can use cheats, but it's still fun to have a job. Anyway, while the game was fast-forwarding, I saw Julius Caesar float through as a ghost and ask... moan for food. Anyone want to help me figure out what the heck his problem is?
