Good morning please answer for me?

first of all i have a two year old that is still attached to my most of the time he uses me as a pacifier well starting last week some time my started to itch like crazy and they were sore to touch especially when he latched on also all i do is sleep use the bathroom and eat. well my last period was 6/5/09 and have not seen anything since only some brown discharge when i went to the bathroom and that was last week and only that one time the next time i went there was nothing i have a doctors appt. scheduled for the 30th of this month should i go buy a test before then also i had a very early miscarriage at the beginning of last month so could i have got pregnant so soon after i really believe so
