Kid's Reading Computer Game?

Does anyone remember this computer game that was for learning how to read, I think it may hav been called Reading Blaster but Im not sure...and it was like amystery you had to solve and there was this little green dude in a trench coat and it was in this spooky house and there was mice and like...a paino or something and a horse racing game
