Question on ethics...?

I would have to choose the whole world. It would kill me. I'd be a shadow of a person and I don't think I'd be able to let myself have a life after choosing that. But if I picked my family then the human race would stop, if I choose the rest of the world then at least hope is left. It's what my family would want anyway.
