Legal steps against eBay and PayPal?

My ebay account got suspended for one year of Trademark Violation, which is funny. I never violated a Trademark. Few days later, my PayPal Account got closed without any reason. Is there a legal way to get both back or can I consider myself finished and done??? Can I get a Lawyer and sue both??? Please advice.
