What do italian people look like?

hair,eyes,skin everything. I do not look italian for some reason when i say too people that i am half italian they think i'm like crazy, they always ume im turkish or lebanese or something like that. All the italians i know half brown hair blue eyes and white skin, i on the other hand am olived skin dark eyes and black hair.
