Is it true that red cars go faster than the rest like in NASCAR?

Of course its not true in real life. The speed of the car depends on the engine, weight of the car, transmission not the color of the car. Anyways in the real NASCAR, all the cars are excatly the same the race is based on the skill of the driver not the speed of the car.
